Pilates is stretching and strengthening training that primarily improves body stability and posture. We also train our fasciae and thus keep our connective tissue supple so that it does not stick together and cause pain. The system of controlled movements, breathing technique and stretching exercises helps to build a flexible, healthy, lean and strong body.
