EDERED - that stands for European Drama Encounter - Rencontres Européennes de Drama and is a network for the promotion of children's and youth theatre in Europe. The Brixen Theatre Education Centre (TPZ) has been part of this community for two years now and is hosting this year's Encounter. From 14 to 24 August, over 80 young people between the ages of 12 and 16 will come to Brixen to play, create and be creative together across linguistic and cultural boundaries.

‘Ain't no mountain high enough’ - that's this year's motto. ‘We want to show the young people how good it feels to take on challenges, push themselves to their limits and surpass themselves together,’ explains Benni Troi, artistic director of the project. In addition to intensive theatre workshops with renowned experts from all over Europe, the young people can look forward to a varied leisure programme - from mountain tours to climbing gardens and cable car rides.
